We were both pressed hard at times. When I knew there was absolutely nothing left to give, you reached deeper.  Your "can do" attitude was inspiring to me. It fostered an atmosphere where striving for excellence was the only way. Believe me when I say this is a very big thing for you, me, Alan, Tim, Nicole, and all the others who helped in our list of life's accomplishments. Welldone.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now on to the big stuff.
